Ruzgas of the University of Lund report on 'Development of enzyme-based amperometric sensors for the determination of phenolic compounds'. The authors describe the development of biosensor-based analytical techniques for the determination of phenolic compounds in real surface waters. The catalytic properties of tyrosinases, laccases, and peroxidases are exploited and results on the determination of phenolic compounds in real water samples are presented.
