✦ Synopsis

Computational results indicate that, as " β„’ 0, the angular momentum distribution of the quantum kicked rotator behaves, in the " β„’ 0 limit, as a fractal curve of dimension 1.7. This fractal structure is unrelated to any classical structure. The classical distribution curve can be recovered from the quantum results by coase graining.
