✦ Synopsis
The 4th Brazilian Thermal Science Meeting will be held December 2-4, 1992, at the RIO SHERATON HOTEL, Rio de Janeiro. The main objective of the Conference is to bring together professionals from industries, universities, and research centers of Brazil and abroad to present the latest research results and review the state of the art. This Conference is organized every two years by the Brazilian Society of Mechanical Sciences, and attended by about 300 en~ and scientlst~ For this Conference, which is the most important Brazilian event in the Thermal and Fluid Science field, several activities have been planned. These activities include the presentation of more than 120 refereed research papers and invited lectures. Social events and sightseeing tours have been organized for the participants and accompanying persons.
