✦ Synopsis
In this paper, we prove a representation theorem for the usual distributional Fourier transform over the spaces (\mathscr{P}{k}^{\prime}, k \in \mathbb{Z}, k<0). An inversion formula is also obtained, which enables us to prove that (\mathscr{Y}{k}^{\prime}) is a commutative convolution algebra with unit element. 1945 Academic Press. Inc.

## Abstract In this paper we define the __K__~μ~‐ transformation on certain spaces of generalized functions introduced by A.C. McBride by employing the kernel method. we also establish relations between the generalized __K__~μ~‐ transformation and certain fractional integral operators.
