โฆ Synopsis
We have investigated the optical properties of CdTe doped by Fe diffusion at about 600 ยฐC by means of Fourier transform IR spectroscopy. The results agree with previous results where Fe has been introduced during growth, but a number of IR bands from 300 to 700 cm-~ are observed and reported for the first time.
