✦ Synopsis

Infrared absorption spectra of the Ye mode of SF, diluted in helium and in argon were recorded using pinhole and slit nozzles by examining the resultant supersonic jets with FfIR spectroscopy. Spectra of the species ( SF,,)z, ( SF6)3 and (SF,),Ar,, were observed.
