A new dual-section micropipette with a short shank and flat cross section was described and used to provide the micro-ITIES (interface between two immiscible electrolyte solutions). Four kinds of such microelectrodes have been studied by using a four-electrode microvoltammetric system with a positive feedback circuit. Experimental results for chronoamperometry, cyclic voltammetry, asymmetric sweep rate cyclic voltammetry, and stripping voltammetry have demonstrated that this system was suitable for electrochemical studies of acetylcholine chloride, vitamin (\mathrm{BI}), and tetraethylammonium tetraphenylborate transfer across a micro-ITIES, and the relevant microelectrodes could be useful in analytical determination.
