Corp and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd are moving towards consolidating their hydroelectric power generation system operations.

The three companies are looking to jointly establish an operational company and integrate their hydroelectric power generation systems activities, including marketing, servicing, engineering, development and design, in order to further develop the business.
