## Abstract The purpose of this study was to formulate a drug‐in‐adhesive (DIA) transdermal patch containing letrozole, a third generation aromatase inhibitor for the treatment of breast cancer, using pressure‐sensitive‐adhesives (PSAs) and to evaluate the percutaneous penetration and pharmacokinet
