β¦ Synopsis
Archbishop Roland High School and its Football team have had three straight winless seasons. A new coach is hired and he brings a hard work ethic like they have never experienced before. Soon the team starts to understand why he pushes them so hard. The school family didn't care before, but now they are becoming more involved and that enthusiasm spreads to the community. Meanwhile, the team overcomes adversity and great tragedy. The players on the team become brothers on the field as they watch the back of the man next to them. While all of this is happening, the primary character is trying to understand his new, blossoming feelings towards a girl who is his classmate and an active member of the school community.
