โœฆ Synopsis

ne of the side benefits of periodically authoring hardware spotlight columns is the ability to obtain hands-on experience with many types of data communications productions. I was fortunate recently to be able to work with the Cisco Aironet 350 wireless access point. As an unexpected side benefit I was able to use the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) as the initial device sent to me would not allow itself to be configured. Thus, prior to discussing the access point in detail-a few things concerning the Cisco TAC deserve mentioning.
