Progress in the development of rf and dc SQUIDs using high-Tc Superconductors is reviewed following_a_ brief description of the measurement of the flux quantum. Encouraging noise-figures better than 10 -a ~o/JHz are reported for both one-hole and 2-hole rf SQUIDs at liquid nitrogen temperatures but the development of thin-film DC SQUIDs has been less successful.

The flux noise and irreversibility line in ceramic Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3Oto\_6 high-To superconductors have been measured by a DC SQUID, and the vortex glass transition has been detected by the standard four-terminal I vs. Vmeasurement. In the low magnetic field region (0<H< 1000 Oe), it is found that the fl
