Abstract

Durch Umsetzung fluorierter 1‐Arylbiguanide 3 mit s‐Triazin (4) oder Ameisensäure‐ethylester (8) werden die fluorierten 2‐Amino‐4‐arylamino‐s‐triazine 7 gewonnen. Von den durch Anlagerung fluorierter Aniline 2 an 1‐Cyanguanidin (1) erhältlichen Ausgangsverbindungen 3 wurden 3a, d‐g und j erstmals synthetisiert. – Auffallende virustatische Wirksamkeit gegen Herpes simplex zeigen 7a, e und h.
