Abstract

Ein Kationenaustausch setzt Tausende Dikationen aus nichtfluoreszierenden CdSe‐Kristallen frei und aktiviert dadurch Tausende ursprünglich nichtfluoreszierender Fluo‐4‐Fluorophore. So wird eine Fluoreszenzverstärkung erzielt (siehe Bild), die sich für Bioassays mit niedrigen Nachweisgrenzen nutzen lässt. Die Technik ist schnell und einfach, zeichnet sich durch ein großes Farbstoff‐Reporter‐Verhältnis aus und ist flexibel bezüglich der Wahl der Nanokristalle und Fluorophore.magnified image
