## THEORIES | 167 quadrupole (gz) and octupole (g3) deformations produces the dipole moment proportional to ~9. ~3. For the uranium group nuclei the collective dipole moment is of order of 0.05 to 0.1 R0. The importance of the measurement of the probability of dipole and octupole transitions is po
## Abstract The quantum plasma of Bose and Fermi particles is considered. A scheme of equation linearization for density matrix with the exchange interaction taken in account is proposed and the equation solution is found. An expression for Hartree‐ Fock dielectric permeatability with the exchange
We show detailed calculations to obtain a metastable fluctuation-dissipation theorem (FDT) for Markovian systems with detailed balance. This is done by taking, for the metastable probability distribution, a superposition of the ground and the first excited state of the corresponding master operator.
