โœฆ Synopsis

A flow-mJectlon method with photochemlcally Induced fluorescence (PF) or native fluorescence (NF) detectlon was developed for the determmatlon of four sulphonamldes Sulphamethazme was determmed usmg PF and sulphamlamtde, sulphaguamdme and sulphacetanude using NF Linear cahbratlon graphs were obtamed over a concentration range of one order of magnitude The relative standard devlatlons were within the range 04-5% Lmuts of detection were between 0 015 and 0 12 pg ml-' The method was apphed to the determmatlon of sulphonamides m mdk and pharmaceutical preparations

Boron as boric acid was determined with chromotropic acid using a fluorescence detection-flow injection system. The flow system consisted of three streams, a carrier, a reagent and an alkaline solution. By mixing 0.5 M sodium hydroxide solution as the alkaline solution, the high background fluoresce

Receptor binding studies with the conventional method require the use of radioactively labelled ligands and include several washing steps. In certain cases, the halflife of the receptor-ligand complex is often shorter or similar to the time required for separation. Interactions between certain ligan

A fluorimetric method for the determination of low levels of theophylline based on the inhibition of the enzyme activity of alkaline phosphatase is proposed. The approach used is a flow-injection configuration where bovine alkaline phosphatase is immobilized on controlled pore glass. The enzymatic r
