A biosensor system using flow injection analysis (FIA) has been developed for the analysis of glucose in human serum. The system consists of the enzyme glucose oxidase incorporated into graphite paste modified with the electroactive material tetracyanoquinodimethane (TCNQ). TCNQ acts as an efficient
