Sixteen year old Jake Harris wakes up after a horrific car accident to find thirteen years have come and gone. He is Β twenty-nine years old, a cyborg, and one of the world's most feared assassins. Horrified by the things he has doneβthings he can't rememberβJake vows never to kill again.

Using his enhanced body and perceptions, he is able to aid them in their fight. But Jake doesn't realize the rebels have their own plans for him, ones that involve unleashing his unique talents on their enemies.
