## Abstract Flavonol glycoside composition and content in blueberry and blackberry extracts were determined using a high‐performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) separation method coupled with photodiode array (PDA) and mass spectrometric (MS) detection. The hydrophilic antioxidant capacities of c
