13C NMR spectra of the 15 stable imidazoline r&oxides have been studied. It has been shown that introduction of the N-oside oxygen atom to the 3 position is most favourable for penetration of the spin density to the C=N group of the imidazoline cycle. and for its effective migration about the conjug
