Abstract
Let X be a nonempty subset of a group G. We call a subgroup A of G an X~m~‐semipermutable subgroup of G if A has a minimal supplement T in G such that for every maximal subgroup M of any Hall subgroup T~1~ of T there exists an element x ∈ X such that AM^x^ = M^x^A.
