β¦ Synopsis
increased thermal efficiency and the integrity of materials in high-temperature environments is becoming an essential requirement in modem engineering structures in aerospace, automotive, nuclear, offshore, environmental and other industries "'. In this respect, many heat transfer problems must be addressed and solved, Furthermore, advanced
5 Conclusion
By using Gale&in' method, in this paper, the general finite element formulation of three-dimensional heat transfer problem is carried out for orthotropic materials from the heat transfer differential equations expressed by heat current density. Results of an example show that the heat transfer anisotropy has an important effect on temperature field.

## Abstract The problem of heat conduction in a multiphase medium is a free boundary problem in which the free boundary is the phase transition line. The solution to this problem is highly irregular in that the temperature gradient is discontinuous at the free boundary. Twoβdimensional, discontinuo
