Financial Accounting Sixth Canadian Edition is a package that gives accounting students an opportunity to get in touch with the basics from a Canadian standard. For user support, solution manual is added. If you are finding hard to get familiarized with what debit and credit means, go with the textbook "Concepts-Based Introduction to Financial Accounting" and read what they mean in terms with A=L+SE. Then the thing that you have to understand from each chapter of this textbook is that accounting is all about putting money in buckets (placeholder's), knowing why you are putting the money in those buckets, if you fill this bucket then which bucket should you fill to keep the balance, and finally where to keep these buckets (in the sheets). As a matter of fact you have to be an asshole about it. Look at the ratios too, for understanding the various relationships in accounting - to know why money-wise, a decrease or increase in factors matter. Success guaranteed. The book lacks instructions for instructors on how to assess students per the learning objective set forth in the text.
