In order to synthesize MgB 2 films, electrolysis is performed in an electrolyte comprising a fused mixture of B 2 O 3 , KCl and MgCl 2 in a molar ratio of B 2 O 3 :KCl:MgCl 2 = x:3.5:5. The results of the Meissner effects and X-ray diffraction measurements indicate the formation of MgB 2 films on gr
