β¦ Synopsis
It is shown that in nonequilibrium superconductors new states with spontaneous spin polarization of quasiparticles can exist due to the Fermi-liquid exchange interaction. The stability o) r both polarized and unpolarized nonequilibrium states with respect to small and finite fluctuations is discussed. It is shown that the nonequilibrium states of superconductors generated by the pumping of quasiparticles may be unstable with respect to both unpolarized and polarized finite fluctuations. BN(O)Ao.
