✦ Synopsis

This paper, taking into consideration the interaction between electrons and ions, deals with the dynamic mechanism of the ferroelectric phase transition. The interaction Hamiltonian is deduced from Coulomb potential, while the wave function in ground state is resolved by using variational method, the ion displacement in that state is also obtained and from the energy formula we know the criterion whether phase transition would occur.
