Abstract
Milchsäure ist eine Plattformchemikalie für eine zukünftig biobasierte Stoffwirtschaft. Aminiumlactate fungieren als Intermediate für die Herstellung von Milchsäurefolgeprodukten wie Dilactid. Im Artikel wird gezeigt, dass nach Separation von Proteinen aus Luzernepresssaft der Überstand als Fermentationsmedium für die Herstellung des Aminiumlactats L‐Lysin‐L‐lactat eingesetzt werden kann.
