Prediction of oxidation-assisted crack growth has been carried out for a nickel-based superalloy at elevated temperature based on finite element analyses of oxygen diffusion, coupled with viscoplastic deformation, near a fatigue crack tip. The material constitutive behaviour, implemented in the fini
