While that working relationship takes on many forms, it has manifested itself several times in the form of Special Reports. In September 1997, the latest such Special Report was issued from this collaborative effort.
In addition to this Special Report, it is also is worth noting that the FASB has proposed changes in disclosures companies make regarding their pension and nonpension benefit plans. We will briefly explore both of these documents in this column.
