β¦ Synopsis
The electronic spectra of crystalline films of methane, ethane and propane were measured from 2000 to 1150 A at liquid air or liquid nitrogen temperature. The spectra are compared tc the relating gas phase spectra and the effects of the crystalline environment are discussed although no definite conclusions are possible at this stage.

## Abstract Molecular Dynamic (MD) simulations were carried out to determine the MaxwellβStefan (MβS) diffusivities, Δ~i~, and selfβdiffusivities, __D__~i,self~, of methane (C1), ethane (C2), and propane (C3) for a variety of molecular loadings, __q__~i~, in three classes of zeolite topologies: (1)
The far-infrared spectrum of phases III and IV of solid CH4 have been investigated. Five bands were observed in phase III. Discontinuous changes in the linewidths and the emergence of a new band arc associated with the transition to phase IV. On the basis of the measured Griineisen parameters, the b
