โœฆ Synopsis


Spin excitations have been studied in Yo.5Luo.sFeO3 and HoFeO 3 in magnetic fields up to 20 T at frequencies 4-84cm -1. Anomalies of the AFMR modes have been found in Yo.sLuo.5FeO3 at the field-induced F24(Gx.~F~.x) --* F2(G~Fx) phase transition near 13.5 T. The observed AFMR and rare-earth mode behaviour in HoFeO3 at HI[b-axis and T = 1.2 K give evidence of the l"23(GzFx.y) ~/'13(GrFr) ~ _F34(GxFz,y ) phase transitions.
