## BACKGROUND. Two serologic assays, Aspergillus latex agglutination testing (LA) and plasma (133)-โค-D-glucan (BDG) measurement, are used when invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) is suspected. Despite the high specificity of these assays, false-positive results are frequent for neutropenic patie
