We fabricated Y 1Γ€x RE x Ba 2 Cu 3 O 7Γ€y (Y 1Γ€x RE x BCO; RE = Gd, Sm) films on SrTiO 3 (STO) single crystal substrates by the advanced TFA-MOD method.
