Second-harmonic generalion in the region of 'S,/, -+ ' IJ (.I= 15/Z. 13JZ, 1 i 17,9/Z. 712) transitions in Gd3+ ion in Gddi@ycolate (Na3IGd(C4H405)3] -2NaCi04-61120) crystal has been iavestigated, and 91 two-photon resonance, the role of the J-selection rule has been analysed.
