โœฆ Synopsis

Thomas Patten is no ordinary boy. He and his classmates grew up on a foggy island, each destined to become a shapeshifter, able to transform into a fabulous creature of myth and legend...

But Thomas's first transformation came earlier than expected. Frightened, he ran away and got himself hopelessly lost in an unfamiliar forest and an entirely different world. Now, six years later, he must choose between a continued life with manticores in the forest... or a return to human society.

Eye of the Manticore is the first in a series of Island of Fog Chronicles following the adventures of various characters in the series.

About the Author

Keith Robinson writes magical fantasy fiction for children and middle-grade readers, although his books are suitable for all ages. The Island of Fog books feature a young group of shapeshifters in a world of dragons, centaurs, mermaids, and other creatures from myth and legend, while the Sleep Writer books are pure sci-fi adventure fun with wormholes and portals, aliens and UFO's, robots and gadgets, weird and exotic monsters from space, and oh yes, a spot of time travel as well.

Keith's books have received very positive feedback from readers of all ages including Piers Anthony (best-selling author of the Magic of Xanth series) and Writer's Digest.

Also the author of Quincy's Curse, and co-author of the Fractured series with Brian Clopper.
