✦ Synopsis

hand. Contralateral involvement emerged after several months. Examination showed parkinsonian posture, rigidity, generalized bradykinesia, and resting tremor of both hands, more prominent on the right. These symptoms were levodoparesponsive but dyskinesias appeared after 1 year. He died of cardiac disease at age 80.
