The question of the cxistcnce of primary cosmic antimatter (f'C.4) is of lundameutal interest lor cosmogony aiid cosmology. ' l h e relevance of PCA t o processes in the very early Universe (corresponding to a11 energy of 1oi5 GeV) is showti. A satellite experiment consisting of a magnet spcctrometer is proposed, which identifies antiprotons (p), antihelium nuclei (z), and positrons (e') in the kinetic energy range from IOO MeV to 10 GcV to get statistically significant Isand e+-spectra and possibily sonic Cr cvcnts in a year of cxposurc.
