## Abstract A case of hydranencephaly was demonstrated antenatally by ultrasound and correlated with ventriculography and computed cranial tomography. Prenatal diagnosis of intracranial abnormalities by careful attention to intracranial anatomy is possible and can facilitate obstetrical management.
