✦ Synopsis
The skin graft is pricked at multiple places to prevent underlying hematoma. * The graft is spread over the mucosal defect. * Suitable size bolster is prepared and a single layer of paraffin gauze is wrapped over it. * The bolus is secured with two tie-over nylon suture in such a way that knots lie on the cheek skin.
