Turning to page 2047 of the Journul, the above statement is prominently repeated with the following explanation in italics :

"This i s one of a series of articles written by eminent clinicians for the purpose of extending information concerning the oficial medicines. The twentyfour articles in this series huve been planned and developed through the cobperation of the U.
