Abstract
An extension of the Multiperiodic Traveling Wave Model to analyze the Sierpinski fractal‐like multiband antenna is presented. The novel extension improves the original model in the calculation of radiation patterns at the higher bands, which permit a better understanding of the radiation mechanism and also gives a complete description of the full radiation pattern. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
