β¦ Synopsis
We have extended the use of the triisopropylnaphthalene sulfonic acid and p-aminosalicylic acid (TNS-PAS) method for RNA isolation to a wide range of different tissues and microorganisms including bacteria, yeast, filamentous fungi, animal and plant tissues. This method has proved successful for isolating high quality, pure RNA in a simple and reproducible manner for use in Biochemical and Molecular Biology approaches.
