Abstract

This study extends our analysis of rabbit recombinant Sp17 (rSp17) by examining whether rSp17 synthesized in transfected COS cells will show a particular localization within the cell and whether the COS cell will bind with zona pellucida. We show, using the cross‐linking, reagent DSS that rSp17 can bind to rabbit zona glycoprotein R45 or R55. © 1995 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
