The explicit expression for the relaxation spectrum of the polymerization reaction A, -t A, + A,, I (n = 1, 2, . . .) where all reactions are supposed to have the same values of the thermodynamic and kinetic parameters, is given. The result deviates significantly from what would be predicted if the reactions were considered to be independent.
