✦ Synopsis

The index is in two parts: NUCLEUS INDEX is arranged according to isotope and lists all published sources of experimental nuclear structure information; REACTION INDEX is ordered by nuclear reaction and lists all published experimental nuclear reaction studies. Each index entry contains a short keyword string which indicates the type of information contained in a reference and the kind of experiment which produced that information. The keyword string is not always complete because of space limitations, but enough information is given to inform the user about which references deserve a closer look. The index entries are keyed to the complete bibliography contained in the REFERENCE LIST section.
