## Abstract We present a method of reducing the size of antennas that is based on composite right/left‐handed (CRLH) transmission lines (TL) which use a magneto‐dielectric material (MDM). The CRLH‐TL antenna consists of two mushroom structures, each composed of a metal patch connected to the ground
