Abstract
On silver were done high‐precise measurements of the thermal dependence of integrated intensities of coherently scattered X‐ray radiation. The experimental results attained at the low temperature range (80–286) K agree with calculations according to the model of the lattice vibrations suggested by WILLIS (1969) which bases on anharmonicity and anisotropy of the lokal potential. An anisotropic anharmonic DEBYE‐WALLER factor of silver was detected on this basis. The measurements at the temperature range close to and above room temperature to 1150 K didn't yield any significant confirmation of the model.
