✦ Synopsis
Measurements of the free thermodynamic magnetization fluctuations have been performed in the chromium thiospinel CdIn,,,Cr,,,S,, both above and below the glass temperature (T, -16.6 K) and in the frequency range lo-'-10' Hz. The behavior of the out-of-phase susceptibility x" is derived using the frequency dependent fluctuation-dissipation relation. The temperature range around T, is explored in detail, allowing a scaling analysis of the critical behavior at the transition, on the light of recent theories of dynamical scaling.
