✦ Synopsis
Ž . strate via a combined spectral domain SD and method of Ž . moments MoM has been proposed. The closed form for the spectral Green's dyad, involving the confluent hypergeometric functions, has been used, and the MoM procedure has been developed in the Hankel domain. Once the integral equations on the patches have been solved and the unknown density current distributions on the patches have been found, the main antenna radiation properties are computed. Finally, some numerical results also have been presented in order to show the behavior of the radiation resistance versus frequency, the radiation pattern at the first resonance frequency for a single-patch antenna, and the mutual coupling as a function of frequency for a dual-patch antenna.
