✦ Synopsis
A comparison is presented between experimental and numerical propagation parameters (by Moment Method) of a superconductive coplanar waveguide with and without normal conductor upper layer. The phase velocity and the losses are studied as a function of frequency. Modeling results show a good agreement with experimental data and allow us to demonstrate the influence of the covering conducting layer.
